Our mission is to challenge, motivate and influence young girls and teens to become the best versions of themselves; Spiritually, Mentally, Emotionally and Physically through our self-development Podcast, messages, marketing and positive vibes. Girl Vibes is targeted for girls age 13 to 18. GV will teach our tribe how to become more mindful of their thoughts and emotions, equip them to make better decisions. Choose better friends, discover strengths and skills, which enhance self-worth and leadership while creating a drive to reach their full potential. We foster an environment where girls feel welcome, supported and encouraged to be their “true” selves while leaving them with a road map they can use for the rest of their lives.

The first thing you may be thinking when you read the title withdrawals and deposits is your bank account. Makes sense...because we withdraw and deposit money into our bank accounts, but today I would like you to consider looking at it from a different perspective.
Consider depositing and withdrawing from peoples lives. Take a minute and think about how you interact with others around you. Do you tend to deposit positive things into others lives, or do you withdrawal things from others by being negative, short, harsh with others? It's an important question to ask yourself.
Do you build people up or tear people down? I don't know about you...but I know that when people are around me I want to be making deposits into their life's vs withdrawing things from them in a negative way. Everything we do and say makes a difference, we can be a positive person or a negative person.
